33-17A-29. Accounts required of conservator. Any conservator who receives or has received on account of the conservator's ward any moneys or other things of value from the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs shall file with the court annually, on the anniversary date of the appointment, in addition to any other accounts required by the court, a full, true, and accurate account under oath of all moneys or other things of value so received by the conservator. The account shall indicate all earnings, interest, or profits derived from the money or other things of value, all property acquired with the money or other things of value, and all disbursements from the money or other things of value. The account shall indicate the balance of the money or other things of value in the conservator's hands at the date of the account and how invested.
