33-17A-38. Law governing "income" and "estate". The provisions of §§ 33-17A-1 to 33-17A-40, inclusive, relating to surety bonds and the administration of estates of wards apply to the terms, income and estate, as defined in § 33-17A-1 whether the conservator has been appointed under this chapter or under any other law of this state.
