34-12E-6. Posted invitation to discuss fees of all other health care providers. All other health care providers not covered by §§ 34-12E-3 to 34-12E-5, inclusive, shall post in a conspicuous place the following invitation to discuss fees and charges: SHOULD ANY PATIENT WISH TO DISCUSS FEES OR CHARGES, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO ASK ABOUT THEM.
