34-18A-6. Advertising imitation hamburger as hamburger prohibited. No restaurant shall use the terms hamburger, burger, or any other cognate thereof in any advertisement, or menu to refer to any imitation hamburger. A restaurant selling or serving imitation hamburger shall refer to such product as imitation hamburger.
