34A-2-47. Protests of violations filed with board--Investigation and reporting. Any person, association, corporation, or agency of the state or federal government may apply to the board protesting any violation of this chapter. The board shall thereupon direct the secretary to investigate the alleged violation. The secretary shall make the investigation and make a written report to the board and to the person, association, corporation, or agency which made the protest.
