36-2A-10. Fees and costs paid by diversion program participant. Each diversion program participant shall pay an initial participation fee set pursuant to § 36-2A-14 as well as all costs associated with physical, psychosocial, or other related evaluations, chemical dependency treatment, and random drug screens.
