Section 36-2A-7 - Eligibility for diversion program.
36-2A-7. Eligibility for diversion program. Admission to the diversion program is available to individuals who are impaired and:
(1) Hold licensure as a health care professional in this state;
(2) Are eligible for and in the process of applying for licensure as a health care professional in this state; or
(3) Are enrolled as a student in a program leading to licensure as a health care professional.
