39-9-4. Sale of ungraded butter as misdemeanor--Labeling as to grade. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor to sell, offer or expose for sale, or have in possession with intent to sell, any butter at retail unless it has been graded and the grading date is indicated on the container thereof. Every processor shall label all undergrade butter.
