Section 40-7-19 - Cancellation or suspension of livestock auction agency's license.
40-7-19. Cancellation or suspension of livestock auction agency's license. The failure of any licensed livestock auction agency to comply with the provisions of this chapter constitutes cause for cancellation or suspension of the license of such agency to operate as a licensed livestock auction agency.
