45-6B-77. Master list of permits, notices, and certificates kept by department. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall maintain and keep current a master list of all permits, notices, and certificates required by state statutory law or rules adopted by state agencies for each type of mining operation. Such list shall be available to any person upon written request. The first master list shall be prepared not later than January 20, 1983. On that date and annually thereafter, the department shall submit a copy to the Legislative Research Council.
