45-9-10. Operation of wells with inefficient gas-oil or water-oil ratios--Limiting of production by board. Without limiting its general authority, the Board of Minerals and Environment may require, or may delegate to the office of the state geologist, specific authority to require that wells not be operated with inefficient gas-oil or water-oil ratios, and to fix their ratios, and to limit production from wells with inefficient gas-oil or water-oil ratios.
