Section 45-10-3 - Reentry into compact after withdrawal--Power of Governor.
45-10-3. Reentry into compact after withdrawal--Power of Governor. In the event of any withdrawal the Governor of the state or any succeeding Governor may thereafter in his discretion effect the reentry of the state into the said compact as herein provided.
