46-3A-13. Cooperation with counties--County participation. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources may, at its discretion, cooperate with county programs of weather modification in carrying out the purposes of this chapter, and in addition to the powers of counties specified in § 10-12-18, counties may contribute to and participate in any weather modification program carried out by the state.
