Section 46A-7A-49 - Liability of lands in district.
46A-7A-49. Liability of lands in district. Except as provided in § 46A-7A-163, liability for obligations shall run to each acre of land in the district as originally established and not exempted or excused prior to one hundred eighty days following the validation election, and also to any lands annexed to the district subsequent to July 1, 1985.
