46A-9-7. Directors--Election at large or from election divisions--Boundaries of divisions described in petition for organization. Directors may be elected either at large, or from election divisions, without regard to whether municipality areas are included within the water user district. If the petition states that the directors shall be elected from election divisions, the petition shall describe the boundaries of such divisions, which boundaries may be drawn either with or without regard to the corporate limits of any municipality included partly or wholly within the district boundaries.
