58-17C-102.1. Applicability of §§ 58-17C-40 to 58-17C-102, inclusive. The provisions of §§ 58-17C-40 to 58-17C-102, inclusive, do not apply to any medicare supplement policies or certificates subject to the provisions of chapter 58-17A.
