58-17C-69. Application of §§ 58-17C-58 to 58-17C-68, inclusive. The provisions of §§ 58-17C-58 to 58-17C-68, inclusive, apply to all individual and group policies, plans, certificates, or contracts that allow for the use of managed care or utilization review.
