Section 9-43-8 - Apportionment of assessments against fronting or abutting property.
9-43-8. Apportionment of assessments against fronting or abutting property. Such entire amount, or any portion thereof which is assessable against the property fronting or abutting upon the improvement, shall be apportioned to each fronting or abutting lot as provided in this title with respect to the particular improvement for which the assessment is levied.
