11-2-105. Meetings of commission Organization.

The commission shall meet in April, July, October and January of each year, and shall hold such special meetings as the commission may designate, or as the chair may call; provided, that the members shall not be compensated for more than six (6) special meetings during such calendar year. The first meeting shall be called by the commissioner of environment and conservation immediately after the appointment of the commission. At such meeting the commission shall organize and elect a chair and a secretary from the membership, but the ex officio member shall not be eligible to serve in either capacity.
