22-5-301. Purchase of jury book and box Custodian. [Effective in Certain Counties. See the Compiler’s Notes.]

The book for recording the jury list and also the jury box, together with necessary stationery, shall be purchased by the circuit court clerk and paid for by the county, and the clerk shall be the custodian of the book and box, neither of which shall be opened except by the commissioners themselves or the court as provided in this part.
