40-32-104. Penalties.
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and imprisoned in the county jail or workhouse not less than thirty (30) days and not more than eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days.
