49-10-112. Federal financial aid.
(a) The state board of education may apply for, administer, receive and expend any federal aid for which this state may be eligible in the administration of this part and parts 2-6 of this chapter.
(b) If such aid is available for a multistate or regional program in which this state participates pursuant to one (1) or more contracts in force pursuant to this part and parts 2-6 of this chapter, the state board of education may apply for and devote all or a portion of the federal aid to the multistate or regional program.
