54-21-110. Damage, destruction or removal of signs or markers on state highway system.
No person shall willfully or maliciously damage, destroy or remove any sign erected under the authority of the department, or any historical marker maintained within or adjacent to any highway that is a part of the system of state highways, nor shall any person affix any outdoor advertising on the sign.
