55-22-107. Revocation of license Causes Procedure Reinstatement.

(a)  Any licensee under this chapter may have the license revoked at any time for failure of the licensee to comply with the requirements of this chapter.

(b)  A licensee shall be afforded at least thirty (30) days' notice of revocation and a reasonable opportunity to be heard prior thereto.

(c)  A license that has been revoked may be reinstated by the department of commerce and insurance upon compliance with the requirements of this chapter and payment of a reinstatement fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).
