57-7-115. Duty to enforce law Rules and regulations.

It is made the special duty of the department of agriculture and its duly appointed inspectors and chemists, and of all city, county, and state officials whose duty it is to enforce any law or municipal ordinance relating to the sale, dispensing, keeping, or storing of intoxicating liquors to specially enforce the provisions of this chapter and rules and regulations for its enforcement to be made by the commissioner and the attorney general of the state.
