62-3-107. Registration required for barbering, barber instruction or serving as technician.
No person shall practice or attempt to practice barbering in this state, or serve or attempt to serve as a barber instructor or technician in this state, without a valid certificate of registration issued pursuant to this chapter by the board of barber examiners.
