64-10-104. Executive committee.

The board shall establish an executive committee consisting of the chair, vice chair, secretary, treasurer and the center manager as an ex officio member. The executive committee is authorized to act on behalf of the board in the day to day operations of the authority. The executive committee shall meet at least monthly, either in person or by telephone conference, and make a full report to the board at its regular meetings.
