65-25-229. Exemption for utility districts.
Notwithstanding any provision contained in this part to the contrary, it is the specific intent of this part that all utility districts heretofore or hereafter created under the Utility District Act of 1937, compiled in title 7, chapter 82, or any similar legislation, shall be specifically exempt from the provisions of this part.
