8-30-107. Chair Meetings of commission.

The commission shall elect one (1) of its members as chair. The commission shall meet at least once every three (3) months and at such other times as shall be specified by call of the chair, the commissioner of personnel, or the governor. Notice of each meeting shall be given in writing to each member by the commissioner, and such notice shall specify the place and the time of the meeting. Three (3) members shall constitute a quorum.
