Chemicals, equipment, supplies, vehicles, aircraft, vessels, and personal and real propertyused in furtherance of a clandestine laboratory operation are subject to seizure and forfeitureunder the procedures and substantive protections of Title 24, Chapter 1, Utah Uniform ForfeitureProcedures Act.
