68-4-7. Meetings -- Officers.
The commissioners shall meet at least once each year and shall organize by the election ofone of their number as chairman and another as secretary, who shall hold their respective officesfor a term of two years and until their successors are elected. The chairman and secretary may bereelected for additional terms.
