§ 651a. Superior court clerk
A county clerk shall be the clerk of the superior court held in his county and shall in that capacity have the powers and duties heretofore provided for the clerk of the county court. (1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. April 9, 1974.)
