§ 353. Court always open; adjournment
The probate court shall be open at all times for the transaction of business and may be adjourned as occasion requires. When the judge is absent at the time for holding court, the register may adjourn court. (Amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
