§ 1184. Penalties
Any person who violates section 1183(a) of this title shall be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $2,500.00. Any person who violates the provisions of section 1181 or 1182 or subsection 1183(b), (c), or (d) of this title shall be fined not more than $500.00. (Added 1987, No. 276 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
