§ 801. Definitions
For the purposes of this chapter: "Institution of higher learning" shall mean any accredited university or college, providing postsecondary school education which owns, hires, or leases a building or space in a building or campus, of such extent and character as may be suitable and adequate for the reasonable and comfortable use of its adult students and bona fide guests.
