§ 5485. Appeal to superior court

When, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, a person owning or having an interest in lands taken for a burial ground or gravel or earth for the same is dissatisfied with such taking or with the damages awarded to him by the selectmen in such proceedings, he may petition the superior court of the county in which such lands lie in the same manner as in case of an appeal as to the laying out of a highway by selectmen, and thereupon the same proceedings shall be had on such petition.
