§ 103. Meetings of board; per diem; expenses

(a) The board shall hold such meetings as may be required for the performance of its duties. Such board shall meet at such times and places as may be designated by the chairman thereof. Such chairman shall call a meeting upon the written request of any three members or upon the written request of the governor.

(b) The members of the board shall receive a per diem of $30.00 for time actually spent in the performance of their duties and shall be reimbursed for their travel and expenses. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961.)
