§ 4801 - Definitions
§ 4801. Definitions
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Municipality" shall mean "municipality" as defined in section 126 of Title 1.
(2) "Legislative branch" shall mean "legislative branch" as defined in subdivision 1751(2) of this title. (Added 1969, No. 197 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
