§ 1596. Fees forbidden
Fees shall not be allowed to an officer for the service of a capias, bench warrant or other writ for the arrest of a person who is under a recognizance taken before a district court judge or other officer authorized by law to take such recognizance, requiring the appearance of such person before the superior court.
