§ 541. Collection of fines and costs
All fines, costs, including costs taxed as state's attorneys' and court fees, bail, and unclaimed fees collected by judges of district courts shall be paid into the proper treasury. (Amended 1965, No. 194, § 10, eff. July 1, 1965, operative Feb. 1, 1967.)
