§ 1-242. Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections.

"Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections," whenever the Committee isreferred to as an appointing authority, means the Senate Committee designatedunder the Rules of the Senate to make Senate appointments to study committeesand commissions.
