§ 10.1-1116. Reforestation Operations Fund.
All money obtained from the state forests, except as provided in subsection Eof § 10.1-1107, shall be paid into the state treasury, to the credit of theReforestation Operations Fund. The moneys in such fund are to be utilized forstate forest protection, management, replacement, and extension, under thedirection of the State Forester.
