§ 10.1-2004. Annual meeting; Officers of Board; executive committee.
The Board shall designate one regular meeting to be held annually each fiscalyear. At each regular annual meeting, the Board shall select a chairman and avice-chairman from its membership, and appoint an executive committee toconsist of not less than three nor more than five of its membership,including the chairman and vice-chairman for the transaction of business inthe recess of the Board.
