§ 10.1-2113. Effect on other governmental authority.
The authorities granted herein are supplemental to other state, regional andlocal governmental authority. No authority granted to a local government bythis chapter shall affect in any way the authority of the State Water ControlBoard to regulate industrial or sewage discharges under Articles 3 (§62.1-44.16 et seq.) and 4 (§ 62.1-44.18 et seq.) of the State Water ControlLaw (§ 62.1-44.2 et seq.). No authority granted to a local government by thischapter shall limit in any way any other planning, zoning, or subdivisionauthority of that local government.
