§ 10.1-2114. State agency consistency.
All agencies of the Commonwealth shall exercise their authorities under theConstitution and laws of Virginia in a manner consistent with the provisionsof comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances and subdivision ordinances thatcomply with §§ 10.1-2109 and 10.1-2110.
