§ 10.1-418.4. North Mayo River State Scenic River.
The North Mayo River in Henry County from the Route 695 crossing to the NorthCarolina line, a distance of approximately 7.1 miles, is hereby designated acomponent of the Virginia Scenic Rivers System. Nothing in this section shallpreclude the Commonwealth or a local governing body from constructing,reconstructing, or performing necessary maintenance on any road or bridge.
