§ 10.1-418.7. Jordan State Scenic River.
The Jordan River in Rappahannock County, from the Route 522 bridge at FlintHill to its confluence with the Rappahannock River, a distance ofapproximately seven miles, is hereby designated a component of the VirginiaScenic Rivers System. Nothing in this section shall preclude the Commonwealthor a local governing body from constructing, reconstructing, or performingnecessary maintenance on any road or bridge.
