§ 10.1-652. Program applicability.
The Stream Restoration Assistance Program shall apply only to naturalnontidal streams which have been damaged as a result of naturally occurringflooding events. Streams which have been damaged by land-disturbingactivities, vehicular traffic, or other human causes shall not be eligiblefor assistance under the Program.
