§ 13.1-941.01. Conversion to a domestic stock corporation.
A domestic nonstock corporation may convert to a domestic stock corporationby filing with the Commission articles of amendment to its articles ofincorporation, approved in accordance with § 13.1-885 or § 13.1-886.
