13.1-1283 - Reservation of power to amend or repeal.

§ 13.1-1283. Reservation of power to amend or repeal.

The General Assembly shall have the power to amend or repeal all or part ofthis chapter at any time and all domestic and foreign business trusts subjectto this chapter shall be subject to the amendment or repeal.
